Review Saturday

This Week’s Scriptures

Philippians 2:13| Isaiah 26:3 | John 7:39 | Philippians 1:6 | Hebrews 12:1

Saturday is review day on the Daily Promise.

Every Saturday we review the promises we learned during the week.

We began the week seeing how God is working in you. Here’s the promise.

For it is God who is at work in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure. – Philippians 2:13

Make this confession,

Right now, God is working in my life.
His Holy Spirit is working in me to bring about obedience to Christ.
God gives me the desire to obey and serve Him.
God is working in me, so He can work through me.

In Jesus Name,
Amen

On Tuesday, we claimed the perfect peace God has for you.

You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you. – Isaiah 26:3

Make this declaration.

In Jesus Christ, I have perfect peace, supernatural Peace.
As I put my complete faith and trust in Him, He fills me with His Peace.
God is protecting and keeping His perfect Peace in me.
I have the perfect Peace of God no matter what I may face.
Jesus is giving me perfect peace today.

I claim this in Jesus Name.
Amen

Midweek, we saw through Holly Spirit how God is doing seven things in your life.

Now this he said about the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were to receive, for as yet the Spirit had not been given, because Jesus was not yet glorified. – John 7:39

Confess this with me.

I have the Holy Spirit dwelling in me.
I have the fruit of the Spirit growing in me.
I am empowered to be a witness for Christ.
The Holy Spirit convicts me of sin, so I can walk in obedience to Christ.

In Jesus Name,
Amen

On Thursday, we claimed the promise that what God began in us, He would complete.

Here’s the promise.

For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus. – Philippians 1:6

Make this confession.

What God began in my life, He will complete.
Every day He is working to make me more like Jesus.”
He has brought me this far, He is not going to quit on me now.
I am confident that He will complete His work in me.

In Jesus name,
Amen

We finished up the week seeing how those who have gone before you are cheering you on.

Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us also lay aside every encumbrance and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us. – Hebrews 12:1

Make this confession.

Today I run the spiritual race with passion.
Those who have gone before me are cheering me on to victory.
I will not give up, give in, or give out.
I run with my eyes focused on Christ.

In Jesus Name,
Amen

That’s it for this week. I’m praying these promises are a blessing to you.

Sunday is the Lord’s day, I hope you will be in a church worshiping the Lord and hearing His word.

Take a moment and share one of the promises you have learned this week. When you share what you’ve learned it anchors the truth in your own heart.
