Today’s Promise

God Strengthens Me From the Inside Out

Ephesians 3:16

I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being.


God’s Strength

Are you facing a stress-filled week? Here’s a great promise for you.

No matter what you are facing today, God promises strength and power through His Holy Spirit. In this verse, Paul is praying for the church in Ephesus, but that same prayer applies to you today.

Real strength begins in your heart and works its way out into your life. The word “strength” here means giving you the power to act, endure, or resist. So often we don’t give in or give up because we are physically tired, but because we have lost heart. God is giving you supernatural strength to face any and every challenge before you today.

The Source of Strength

Where does that strength come from? It comes from the riches of Christ Jesus. The riches of Christ means all the glory and grace of God seen and poured out in Jesus. That strength and power you can never deplete. It is a never-ending source of strength.

Are you feeling overwhelmed? You have His power within you.

Are you worried about your job or future? He is strengthening your heart.

Have you lost hope? God is renewing your inner person so you can keep moving forward.

Do you feel like giving up? Christ in you is giving you new strength, hope, and faith.

The very power of Christ is flowing through you. His Holy Spirit will give you strength and determination you never thought you had.

Look at that promise once again.

I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being. – Ephesians 3:16

Make these confessions today.

  • God is strengthening my inner being today.
  • God’s power and grace are my sources of strength.
  • The Holy Spirit is empowering me today.
  • I am strong today because Christ gives me His strength
  • I will not give up or give in because I have the power of Christ in me.

In Jesus Name.
Amen

When your heart is empowered and strengthened, you can do anything. You can go longer than you imagine, further than you thought possible, and stay with it until you finish.

    These are very difficult times that we are experiencing right now in this world.
    We have to remember that God is in control! We don’t have to be anxious or worried about anyting. We just need to keep praying, keep trusting, and meditate on God’s Word.
    We have the comfort and knowing that God will never leave us or forsake us.
    We will get through this!

    Because of what He endured on the cross I know I have the strength to face another day no matter what the challenges and uncertainties. God is still in control and His promises assure me that I have all that I could ever need in Him ??❤️
