Today’s Promise

Jesus is With You
Teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.
Mathew 28:20
Jesus promised to be with you wherever you go. Through the Holy Spirit in you, He will comfort, guide, and empower you today.
Jesus is With You
In the last three verses of the Gospel of Matthew, Jesus makes three incredible statements.
First, He declares that He has all authority in heaven and earth.
Second, He instructs His disciples to take the gospel to the ends of the earth.
Finally, He made the promise we focus on today. “I am with you always.”
Jesus had already promised He would be with the disciples when they gathered together (Matthew 18:20). Now He promised to be with them individually.
Jesus couldn’t make this promise when He walked on the earth. He could only be in one place at a time. However, through the Holy Spirit that would soon come, He would be with all His followers all the time.
Jesus was With Them
As they traveled to the ends of the earth sharing the good news of the gospel, they could be confident that Jesus was with them, empowering them with boldness, strength, and guidance.
No matter where they went, Jesus would be right there with them.
Wherever you are today, Jesus is with you. His Holy Spirit will comfort and guide you. His presence will strengthen and give you courage. He will assure you that you are right where He wants you. He is with you, supplying all your needs and empowering you to accomplish His will.
He is With You
You have His perpetual promise that no matter where you go, He is with you. He will lead you, empower you, and comfort you every moment of the day.
When you are all alone and feeling lonely, remember His promise to be with you. When you feel abandoned by others, remember there is one who has said He will be with you always.
There is no condition to this promise. Jesus gave an unconditional guarantee that He will be with you wherever you go.
Look at that promise one more time.
Teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. – Matthew 28:19-20
Make these confessions.
- No matter where I go, Jesus is with me.
- He empowers me to accomplish everything He commands.
- His presence is with me and in me.
- The Holy Spirit empowers, guides, and comforts me.

As you go through your day, remember, through the Holy Spirit, Jesus is with you. Rest in His presence and trust His guidance.

I know that God and Jesus Christ is real and I know that heaven and his angels are real also ,, God has shown me things in life that has open my eyes to a whole new out look on life … If put your trust and faith in him he’ll show and do for you as he had done for our brother Enoch and I truly promise you that …. Walk by Faith and not by sight …
Since Jesus is with us always, we had better listen to Him and submit all our plans to Him, maybe even ask His plan and get with that plan.
