Today’s Promise
Angelic Warriors Protect Me
Psalm 34:7
The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them.
Unseen Angels
Few people have ever seen an angel. Even in the Bible, there are only a few instances of an Angel manifesting itself. However, God promises that these unseen guardians surround you with supernatural protection. Every day, angelic forces are working on your behalf. They defeat demonic attacks, extinguish fiery arrows, and protect you from unforeseen harm.
Unseen Warriors
In 2 Kings 6, the King of Syria sent an army with horses and chariots to bring Elisha the prophet before him. In the morning, when Elisha’s servant stepped outside the tent, he saw an army surrounding the city. The servant was filled with fear and went running to the prophet. He asked the prophet, “what shall they do?” Elisha was amazingly calm amid the situation. He told the servant not to be afraid. He asks the Lord to open the eyes of the servant. God answers his prayer, and the servant’s eyes are opened. He sees another army, this one with flaming chariots and angelic warriors stationed all along the mountain ridge. He tells the servant that those who are with them are more than those who are against them. God opened the spiritual eyes of the servant so he could see the spiritual reality around him.
Unseen Protection
Things haven’t changed. You may not see angels with your physical eyes, but you can be assured, you are surrounded by an army of angels ready to come to your defense. When you know God’s angels are surrounding and protecting you, there is never a need for fear. There are more with you than against you.
Angelic warriors with flaming swords are ready and able to come against any force or foe who comes against you today.
Look at that promise once again.

Make this confession.
- I may not see them, but God has stationed angels all around me.
- There are more with me than against me.
- I will not fear, knowing angels are defending me.
- Today, an angelic army surrounds and protects me.
