Review Saturday
This Week’s Scriptures
Ephesians 3:16 | Psalm 139:7-10 | Isaiah 40:11 | 1 John 5:14-15 | Mark 1:40-41
Saturday is review day on the Daily Promise.
Every Saturday we review the promises we learned during the week. So, let’s get started.
We began the week seeing how God strengthens us from the inside out.
Here’s the promise.
I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being. – Ephesians 3:16
Make this confession.
God is strengthening my inner being today.
God’s power and grace is my source of strength.
I am strong today because Christ gives me His strength
I will not give up or give in because I have the power of Christ in me.
In Jesus Name.
Amen
On Tuesday we discovered how God’s presence is always with us.
Where can I go from Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence? If I ascend into heaven, You are there; If I make my bed in hell, behold, You are there. If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, even there Your hand shall lead me, and Your right hand shall hold me. – Psalm 139:7-10
Confess this after me.
No matter where I go, God is with me
When I feel all alone, God is there with me.
In my times of loneliness, He is comforting and caring for me.
God is with me, no matter where I go.
Even when I don’t feel like He is near, He is there.
In Jesus Name,
Amen
Midway through the week, we learned how God carries us close to His heart.
He will tend his flock like a shepherd; he will gather the lambs in his arms; he will carry them in his bosom, and gently lead those that are with young. – Isaiah 40:11
Make this confession.
Jesus is my great shepherd.
When I am weak, he carries me close to His heart.
He provides for my every need.
He gently leads me on the path I need to follow.
In Jesus name,
Amen.
On Thursday we looked at God’s promise to hear and answer our prayers.
This is the confidence which we have before Him, that, if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests which we have asked from Him. – 1 John 5:14-15
Here’s the confession.
God invites me to come boldly into His presence.
I can confidently bring any request to God.
As I pray according to His will, I know He will answer.
I know that He will answer my prayer.
In Jesus Name,

We ended the week seeing how Jesus is willing and able to heal our sickness, hurt, and pain. We looked at the story of Jesus healing the leper in the Gospel of Mark.
And a leper came to Jesus, beseeching Him and falling on his knees before Him, and saying, “If You are willing, You can make me clean.” Moved with compassion, Jesus stretched out His hand and touched him, and said to him, “I am willing; be cleansed.” – Mark 1:40-41
Make this confession.
Jesus is moved with compassion for me.
He is willing to enter into the problems I face.
When I come to Him, He always hears my call.
In Jesus Christ, I find compassion and healing.
In Jesus name,
