Review Saturday
This Week’s Scriptures
Exodus 23:20 | Romans 15:13 | Ephesians 3:19 | 2 Corinthians 5:18 | Psalm 139:7-10
Saturday is review day on the Daily Promise.
Each Saturday we review the promise of the week so we can allow them to go deep into our heart and life.
On Monday, we talked about how God has Angels all around us.
Here’s the promise.
See, I am sending an angel ahead of you to guard you along the way and to bring you to the place I have prepared. – Exodus 23:20
Make this confession.
Today I am protected by angels that go before me.
I rest in faith that God’s angels are guarding me.
I stand strong knowing angels are clearing the way for me.
Father, thank you for your angelic defense team that watches over me.
In Jesus Name,
Amen
On Tuesday, we talked about the overflowing hope we have in Christ.
Here’s the promise.
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope. – Romans 15:13
Make This confession.
In Jesus Christ, I am filled with hope.
Because of that Hope, I have peace and Joy.
The Holy Spirit in me overflows with hope.
I abound in hope, joy, and peace today.
In Jesus name,
Amen
Midway through the week, we saw how we are filled with the fullness of God.
Here’s the promise.
And to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. – Ephesians 3:19
Make this confession.
I have the fullness of God in me.
God’s love is beyond my comprehension.
I experience God’s love on a daily basis.
The more I comprehend His love, the more I experience His fullness.
In Jesus name,
Amen
Thursday was all about how we are reconciled with God and our responsibility or ministry to reconcile others.
Here’s the promise.
Now all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation. – 2 Corinthians 5:18
Make this confession.
I have been reconciled with Christ.
My sins have been forgiven and removed.
His righteousness has been imparted to me.
God has given me the ministry of bringing others into a relationship with Him.
In Jesus name,
Amen
Finally, on Friday, we saw how God is always with us.
Here’s the promise.
Where can I go from Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence? If I ascend to heaven, You are there; If I make my bed in Sheol, behold, You are there. If I take the wings of the dawn, if I dwell in the remotest part of the sea, even there Your hand will lead me, And Your right hand will lay hold of me. – Psalm 139:7-10
Make this confession.
No matter where I go, God is with me.
I can never escape His presence or His guidance.
Even when I stray away from Him, He is always with me.
Today, He is guiding me and holding my hand.
In Jesus Name,
Amen
That’s it for this week. I hope these promises were a blessing to you. Take a moment and share what you learn this week. Allow God to use you to encourage someone else.
Sunday is the Lord’s day. I hope you will be in a church worshiping the Lord and hearing His word.
This scripture spoke volumes to me.
“Now all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation.”– 2 Corinthians 5:18
To know as God has reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us this same ministry, what an awesome responsibility but what an honor to be servants of the Most High King and you know we can do all things through Christ Jesus who gives us the strength.
He is an amazing Savior!
Amen
It is amazing that God has Angels all around us.I knew of this before but it did not impact on me so greatly as it did in Monday’s Promise. It brought me comfort and confidence in God’s protection particularly the line that says..”I stand strong knowing Angels are clearing the way for me”..WONDERFUL.
