Review Saturday

This Week’s Scriptures

Matthew 21:22| John 5:24 | Psalm 145:9 | 1 Peter 3:12 | Revelation 21:4

Saturday is review day on the Daily Promise.

We began the week seeing how when we pray, we must pray in faith. Here’s the promise.

And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith. – Matthew 21:22

Make this confession.

God hears and answers my prayers.
When I pray, I pray in faith.
When my faith is weak, God strengthens me.
My faith grows as I learn to pray in faith.

In Jesus Name,
Amen

On Tuesday, we celebrated the eternal life God has promised us. Here’s the promise.

Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life. – John 5:24

Confess this with me.

Because I have put my faith in Christ, I have eternal life
I have passed from death to life.
I do not fear death.
I will spend eternity with the Lord and will enjoy all the wonders of heaven.

In Jesus Name,
Amen.

On Wednesday we learned about God’s goodness.

The LORD is good to all, and his mercy is over all that he has made. – Psalm 145:9

Here’s our confession.

God is Good, and He pours His goodness on me.
God’s mercy is on me today.
God’s Goodness never changes.
God is good to all and good to me.

In Jesus Name,
Amen.

On Thursday we talk about prayer again and how God always hears our prayers.

For the eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous, and His ears attend to their prayer, but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil. – 1 Peter 3:12

Confess this with me.

As a child of God, I know God hears my prayer.
When I pray, He listens with eager anticipation
When God hears, He answers.
Today, God is hearing my prayer

In Jesus Name,
Amen.

We ended the week seeing how one day God will wipe away every tear, sorrow, and pain.

He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away. – Revelation 21:4

Make this confession today.

One day God will wipe away my every tear.
Today’s suffering will not last.
When Jesus comes, sorrow, regret, and pain will pass away.
I will dwell in His presence for all eternity.

In Jesus Name,
Amen.

That’s it for this week. I’m praying the Daily Promise is a blessing to you.

Tomorrow is the Lord’s day, I hope you will be in a church worshiping the Lord and hearing His word.
