Saturday is review day on the Daily Promise. Every Saturday we review the promises we learned during the week.

We began the week seeing that because God is my salvation, I have nothing to fear.

Here’s the promise.

Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and will not be afraid; for the Lord God is my strength and my song, and He has become my salvation. – Isaiah 12:2

Make this confession.

I will not fear because God is my salvation.
The more I trust in Him, the less I live in fear.
Jesus is my salvation.
All I need, I find in Him.

In Jesus name,
Amen

On Tuesday, we celebrated the promise that God is our shepherd. He cares for us, leads and protects us, and know us by name.

The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not want. – Psalm 23:1

Confess this.

The Lord of all creation is my shepherd.
He is my protection, provision, and guide.
He is watching over every area of my life.
He knows my name, and I hear His voice.

In Jesus Name,
Amen

Midway through the week, we saw how God’s grace flows over us to we can release grace to those around us.

Here’s the promise.

And God is able to make every grace overflow to you, so that in every way, always having everything you need, you may excel in every good work.  – 2 Corinthians 9:8

Make this confession.

God is pouring out His grace on me today.
Because of His grace, I have everything I need.
I overflow with good works today.
God’s grace is flowing through me to meet the needs around me.

In Jesus name,
Amen

Thursday, we were reminded that we are not genetic accidents. We are created by a loving Father who made us with a purpose in mind.

Your hands have made and fashioned me; give me understanding that I may learn your commandments. – Psalm 119:73

Here’s the confession.

I am the handiwork of God.
He made me with a purpose and a plan.
I am not an accident; I am created.
I am made according to His desire, and His desire is for my good.
Today I celebrate how God fashioned and created me.

In Jesus Name,
Amen

We ended the week discovering that when we fear the Lord, He guides and directs us to make good choices that lead to success.

Who is the man who fears the Lord? He will instruct him in the way he should choose. – Psalm 25:12

Make this confession.

As I fear the Lord, He directs my path.
He gives me wisdom for the choices I must make today.
As I make the right choices, I follow successful paths.
God gives me wisdom and direction as I learn to fear Him.

In Jesus name,
Amen
