Review Saturday

This Week’s Scriptures

Galatians 5:22-23 | Philippians 4:19 | Hebrews 4:16 | Psalm 34:19 | Proverbs 16:3

Saturday is review day on the Daily Promise.

Every Saturday we review the promises we learned during the week so we can allow God’s word to go deep in our hearts. So let’s get started.

We started off the week looking at how the spiritual fruit are growing in you.

We began the week seeing how our sin no longer condemns us.

Here’s the promise.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law. – Galatians 5:22-23

Confess this with me.

In Jesus Name, the fruit of the Spirit are going in my life.
As I walk in the power for the Holy Spirit, these spiritual fruit become evident in my life.
I chose today to walk in the Spirit and allow Him to grow these fruit in my life.

In Jesus Name,
Amen

On Tuesday we saw how God is supplying our every need through Christ.

And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. – Philippians 4:19

Confess this with me.

God is meeting my every need.
He is meeting those need through Christ Jesus.
I will not worry or live in fear because my God is meeting my every need.
I put my faith and trust in Him.

In Jesus Name, Amen

Midway through the week, we saw how we can come before God with confidence to find mercy and grace.

Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need. – Hebrews 4:16

Confess this with me.

God invites me to come before Him with confidence.
I come before the throne of grace, not the throne of condemnation.
I find mercy and help when I come before Him in prayer
At His feet, I find grace, mercy, and help.

In Jesus Name,
Amen

On Thursday we saw how every though God never promised to exempt us from troubles, He will deliver us through them all. Here’s the promise.

Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. – Psalm 34:19

Confess this with me

When I face afflictions, God delivers me.
Sometimes he delivers me from problems.
Sometimes He meets me in the problem.
As I go through afflictions , God strengthens my faith.

In Jesus Name,
Amen

We ended the week seeing how as we commit our plans to God, He will establish them for us.

Commit your works to the LORD And your plans will be established. – Proverbs 16:3

Confess this with me.

Today I submit all my plans to the Lord.
I am listening for His approval and direction.
I know He will lead and guide me.
God will establish my plans so they will be successful.

In Jesus Name,
Amen

That’s it for this week. Sunday is the Lord’s day, I hope you will be in a church worshiping the Lord and hearing His word.
