Today’s Promise
God’s Love For You is Beyond Comprehension
Psalm 103:11
For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is His faithful love toward those who fear Him.
God’s Love is Incomprehensible
There are few things a humbling as stepping out on a clear night and gazing at a star-filled sky. The incredible wonder of the universe reminds us of just how great our Creator is and how insignificant we are.
These last few weeks have reminded us of how frail and susceptible were are. One little virus has derailed the global economy, and like prairie dogs before an approaching story has sent us scampering to the safety of our homes.
Yet, as small and insignificant as we are, God has chosen to love us. God pours out His commitment love on each of us.
In the same way that it’s impossible to comprehend the vastness of the open sky, we can never understand the depth of love God has for each of us.
God’s love for you is as high as the stars are above the earth. His love for you reaches beyond the ends of creation. The closest star is almost 26 trillion miles away. God’s love for you is greater than all the stars in the nighttime sky.
God’s Commitment Love
God not only loves you, but He has a commitment love for you. His love is faithful (even when you are unfaithful). His love is full of grace, full of compassion, and full of mercy. His love for you is greater and deeper than you can ever comprehend.
In these trying and difficult times, God is pouring his incredible, commitment love out on you today. His grace and mercy are flowing over you, and even though His love is beyond your understanding, you can rest in that love today.
Look at that promise again.
For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is His faithful love toward those who fear Him. – Psalm 103:11
Make this confession.
- God’s love for me is beyond my understanding.
- His commitment love for me is never-ending and will never fail.
- God is pouring out His love, grace, mercy, and compassion on me.
- I can rest in His unfathomable love for me today.

There is no end to the incredible commitment love God has for you. It is never-ending and beyond comprehension.
I really enjoyed this article but I vehemently disagree with the use of the word “insignificant”. John 3:16 proves we’re not “insignificant”. Does the universe revolve around us? NO. Do we have the power to change a hair on our head? NO. But we are not insignificant, We are a treasure that God desired so much he sent his son to die for us to redeem us back to himself.
I appreciate your comments regarding “Insignificant.” I was using the word in comparison to who we are in comparison to God. He is infinite, we are limited, He is ageless, and we have a short lifespand. We agree that it is His love for us that makes us significant. Glad the teaching is a blessing to you.
