Today’s Promise

Nothing is too Hard for God

Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is anything too hard for me?
Jeremiah 32:27

Nothing is too Hard for God

Nothing is too difficult for your God. No matter what you are facing or what you are going through, your God can handle it. When God calls you to a new ministry or to take on a new responsibility, He can handle it.

I Got This – God

When I began this ministry, one of my good friends gave me a coffee cup that said, “I got this” – God. He knew I was struggling with the decision to leave my current job and step out in faith to start this ministry.

What if we couldn’t make it? What if I missed God? What if no one was interested in what I had to say? These and a thousand other fears filled my mind.

Here were are four years later, and guess what I have learned? “I Got This” – God. I have found God faithful and true throughout these last four years. He can handle any situation we face.

Fear Pushes out God’s Promises

Too often, we allow our fears to push out the promises of God. We forget that there is nothing too hard for God. Jesus echoed this truth when He said that “with God all things are possible. (Matthew 19:26)

If you are struggling with a decision or facing a problem you feel you just can’t handle, remember, “God’s got this.” When you feel you are facing the impossible, remember, nothing is too hard for your God.

Look at that promise again.

Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is anything too hard for me? – Jeremiah 32:27

Make these confessions.

  • Nothing is too hard for God.
  • I will not fear because God’s got this.
  • God releases His power into my life.
  • I will not fear. I will trust in the Lord

In Jesus’ name,
Amen

If God can create the universe just by speaking it into being, He can handle the problems you face. Nothing is impossible for Him.

Billy – here’s a testimony that may encourage you:
4 years ago (must be a coincidence, right?) my wife walked out on our marriage. I had made a decision to be all in with Christ, and it was something she refused to walk with me in. Her pre-teen son had just announced he was gay (this current culture/peer pressure./indoctrination) and she believed that if she didn’t surround him with reinforcement and encouragement that he might commit suicide. She knew how God felt about homosexuality and she knew I was committed to following God’s precepts and laws, so she left. She turned around and walked out of our 10 year relationship and never even bothered to glance back. I felt an unspeakable worthlessness. and loss of all hope. Here I was dedicating my life to following Christ and the first thing my wife does is walk out. And this was the third time this has happened to me. It’s not the first time a woman has asked/demanded I choose between Jesus and a relationship. I came very close to killing myself in those days. By the grace of God, I kept being interrupted and it never happened. Then one of my Christian brothers emailed me The Daily Promise and encouraged me to do the confessions out loud every day because it would strengthen my identity in Christ and help me take my eyes off my circumstances and on to God’s eternal promises. Plus the enemy is listening, and speaking these truths out loud forces him to listen and is literally a spiritual carpet bomb on his evil plans. I dug into His word even deeper, got myself back into school, and gave everything I am over to Him. Finances, family – everything. All the while, encouraged and strengthened by my daily reminder of His power. In 5 months I will receive my B.S. in biomedical engineering. I closed out this past semester with a perfect 4.0. By spring of 2023 I will have a masters degree. NASA is partially funding my education through a grant, Also, God saw fit to repair some injustices that happened in my military career, so my status and record has been fully restored. My childhood dream of being an astronaut and taking part in space exploration is becoming more and more a reality as each day goes by. The Daily Promise has played a key role in my spiritual growth over these past and very short 4 years – going from an abandoned, over-the-hill, going-nowhere hope deprived “victim” – to a space bound, educated, restored .child of God with a HOPE and a FUTURE that is IMMEASURABLY MORE than I could have ever asked for or imagined. And what God has done for me He is able and willing to do to each and every one of His children. All we have to do is raise our hands and say “Here am I, Lord”. And then just show up. He will do the rest. God’s got this! I am 52 years old and have 3 x-wives, My prior career was in building and equipment maintenance. I was a college dropout and a military reject living in borderline poverty most of my life….. The gavel had seemingly come down on my life. – and my remining days laid out. However – my circumstances nor my past determine my identity. Jesus does. I thought I was a failure……

But it was all just part of my training to help bring the Gospel to a hungry and desperate world. .

Thank you for the Daily Promise!
